Marcy's reviews say it all

Nothing goes as long a way as a good review, except for a bad one. However, positive reviews are harder to come by. If someone is pleased with a project or service silence is usually all you can expect. Customers are typically only compelled to speak up when something is wrong or an expectation remains unmet. 

So when someone feels compelled to provide a good, we have to treat it as more than just the sum of its parts. That said, Marcy's review show how she constantly exceeds her client's expectation and then some.
