Marian Sanchiz began her high-end Real Estate career over 25 years ago in single-family homes and condominium sales in Spain before spending several years in Los Angeles working for the brokerage of Keller Williams at the Rodeo Drive office and then move to South Florida to help to European investors in Miami closing property transactions, an expert in international buyers, especially from Spain, England, Japan and China.
During all that time in Spain she was a real estate associate for Engels&Volkers and Lucas Fox biggest and best real estate luxury brokerage houses, specializing in the high-end luxury single family home market. Holly would eventually move her growing family to South Florida in 2011where her passion for owning Real Estate first became a reality as a commercial property investor.
