A native Midwesterner, Holly became familiar with the business side of Real Estate as a negotiator and lessor for cellular tower sites in her home state of Michigan before relocating to Houston, Texas in 1997.
She would become an accomplished casualty and health insurance salesperson while developing an expertise in industry software programs. Holly’s family involvement within the the automotive industry would later enable her to become a successful buyer and seller of cars at auction.
Holly would eventually move her growing family to South Florida in 2011where her passion for owning Real Estate first became a reality as a commercial property investor.
She would eventually earn a Florida Real Estate sales license and briefly find work for a commercial Real Estate company in Martin Country before joining the Signature team in May, 2019 and fulfill a goal to become familiar with the South Florida residential marketplace.

Outside of Real estate, Holly spends considerable time with Yogi, her two year old Pomeranian, shooting in the 80”s on one of the area’s pristine golf courses, and enjoying the sand and surf of a nearby beach. She hopes to someday volunteer to teach computer classes at assisted living facilities to senior citizens looking to adapt to today’s technology.
